This an immediate opportunity for someone with flexible availability. We are looking for candidates who have clinical experience with both pediatric and adult patients in a primary care setting. Hours: Tuesdays 9-5p & Fridays 8a-3p ​Responsibilities Providing primary care medical services Promote wellness programs and educate the patient Travel to two different clinics in Goshen/Elkhart area Qualifications Valid Physician Assistant license in IN Experience in one or more of the following areas; Family Medicine, General Medicine, Preventative Medicine, Internal Medicine Board Certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Preventative Medicine Willingness to train on and use the current EMR system.
