Job description

Part Time position with flexible schedule.
Support for our Satellite office in Brighton MI. Tuesday and Thursday must be able to start work at 8:30 to facilitate orientations.ย 

Must have recruiting skills/background , great customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) and traditional methods (e.g., referrals, networking events).
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position.
  • Conduct weekly orientations for a specific MCM Customerย 
  • Manage communication and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and track progress.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicantsโ€™ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
