What you'll be doing:
  • Administer in-office reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming office visitors
  • Coordinate a variety of office assistant functions, including meeting prep, office organization, and catering orders
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail
  • Provide in-house printing administrative support, including administering and completing print projects that require printing, collating, and mailing logistics
  • Coordinate office supply and furniture orders and anticipate supply needs to ensure the office is properly stocked
  • Liaison with vendors (including phone, internet, recycling, and printer vendors), as needed
  • Assist with equipment inventory
  • Maintain and coordinate parking passes, keys, etc. to ensure staff have necessary access to office
  • Other duties as determined by agency leadership
All employees in this position are expected to retain a valid driver's license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker. The current minimum starting offer for this position is $30.68/hour. Starting wage amounts are furnished at the discretion of the agency with adherence to contractually guaranteed minimum pay rates and are also based on the relevant experience level of the applicant and agency hiring needs. 617MediaGroup is proud to be a union shop and 617MediaGroup employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
