About the Role
Are you someone who lights up a room and loves making people feel welcome? ERPA is hiring a part-time Office Assistant to be the friendly, professional face of our Dublin office. In this in office role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues - playing a key part in creating a positive, organized, and welcoming environment every day.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and is eager to grow within a fast-moving, collaborative team.
What You'll Do
  • Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or team
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and common spaces
  • Coordinate conference rooms, catering, and logistics for meetings and board sessions (held 4x/year, with flexible hours)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Process bank deposits (local travel required - on foot or by car)
  • Coordinate signatures on contracts and important documents
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Order weekly lunches for employees on Wednesdays
  • Support the Sr. Manager Operations with travel arrangements and equipment shipping as needed
  • Assist our IT department with the erasing of employee returned laptops
  • Take on other tasks as assigned - no two days are the same

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent; OR 3+ year of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License with current insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine team-player mindset
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that involve standing, walking, or light physical activity
