Office manager/bookkeeper with tax preparation experience

Per diem to permanent


Seeking an individual with 1 plus year in tax preparation and Quickbooks knowledge.. Experienced in preparing Individual and business tax returns. This person will be able to work in a busy accounting (CPA) office.

The individual must be proficient in most facets of Microsoft Office software, personable; sales and long term relationship oriented. Strong client contact skills along with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills needed to be successful in this position.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of tax and relevant accounting experience

Willing to work Saturdays during tax season


Preferably three days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday}
