Join Our Family Medicine Residency Program

We are currently looking for a dedicated Family Medicine physician to become a Core Faculty Member in our Family Medicine Residency Program in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the educational and clinical experiences of our residents.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Clinical Duties: 60% of your time will be spent on clinical responsibilities.
  • Teaching and Mentorship: Engage in teaching and providing mentorship to residents.
  • Optional Opportunities: Involvement in obstetrics and inpatient care at St. Vincent's Hospital is available but not mandatory.
Practice Highlights
  • Our program is accredited by ACGME and is affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin, Department of Family and Community Medicine.
  • Conduct 2-3 half-days of patient visits and 3-4 half-days dedicated to precepting residents.
  • Provide mentorship through feedback, career advice, and wellness support.
  • Collaborate on quality improvement and scholarly projects with residents.
  • Participate in the Core Curriculum Committee and conduct evaluations of residents.
  • Continuously assess and innovate the curriculum to align with evolving standards and the needs of residents.
  • Develop a refugee health curriculum tailored to the Green Bay community and partner with local organizations to assist underserved populations.
  • Work in collaboration with the Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS).
  • Utilize Epic as the electronic medical record system.
  • Currently implementing AI ambient dictation technology (Microsoft DAX).
