Summary of Major Duties: *Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models. *Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models. *Responsible for Medication Refill Management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols.*Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients.
