Job description

Lia Hyundai Enfield is seeking a part time Cashier/Receptionist to join our team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $17-$18/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

Availability for Saturdays and/or evenings are required

Organized and ambitious self-starter

College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred

Ability to provide quality customer service

Computer literacy

Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily

Professional personal appearance & positive attitude

Excellent verbal/written communication

Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taking payments from service and parts customers

Closing repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system

Compiling and balancing daily parts and service deposit

Receipting in customer deposits for sales department

Answer service phones

Make service appointments

Assist service customers when needed

Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person

Any other duties assigned by manager
