A Taste of What You'll Do

Join GALLO as a part-time Executive Driver and provide safe, professional, and courteous transportation for company owners, senior officers, and family members. In this highly trusted role, you will deliver attentive service while protecting passenger safety, comfort, privacy, and confidentiality.

You will operate and care for company and family-owned vehicles, assist passengers as they enter and exit, handle luggage, follow driving directions, and ensure each vehicle remains clean, fueled, and ready for use. Your ability to anticipate passenger needs and adapt to changing schedules will help create a seamless transportation experience.

Success in this position requires sound judgment, discretion, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety. You will maintain punctual attendance, comply with applicable quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements, and demonstrate ownership by holding yourself accountable to high standards.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Prior law enforcement experience.
  • Required to possess an HR218 CCW.
  • Required to successfully meet all requirements, including background, for the issuance of a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Guard Card.
  • Obtains and maintains a Concealed Weapons permit; and an Exposed Weapons permit from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
  • Required to sign, accept, and adhere to Gallo's confidentiality agreement.
  • Required to be flexible with schedule to accommodate passenger needs.
  • Required to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of a rotating shift.
  • Required to work short shifts or overtime, when necessary.
  • Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
  • Required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds of luggage in and out of vehicle/trunk.
  • Maintains current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Skilled in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
