Job description

SUMMARY
The security officer assigned as the Command Center Patrol has the responsibility of preserving the integrity of the facility and assisting the Shift Supervisor in the command center. Officers assigned to this position shall adhere to the following functions/tasks associated with this position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. During your patrols, inform the Command Center Shift Supervisor of any safety hazards or security issues as soon as you see them
  2. Keep company information confidential with regards to onsite incidents and video that is captured
  3. Accurately complete any and all related reports prior to the end of your shift. All reports must be reviewed by the Shift Supervisor prior to final completion
  4. Understand the emergency plan and actively assist in any and all emergency situations
  5. Complete routine interior guard tours
  6. Prepare for and brief part time staff on stadium functions
  7. Ensure that function staff are performing their job responsibilities correctly
  8. Assist with CCTV and alarm monitoring
  9. Complete money transports for departments within the stadium
  10. Ensure that areas are unlocked per BEO or scheduled request
  11. Stand in for command/shift supervisor when needed
  12. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • None
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in the security field preferred
  • Effective listening and communication skills, oral and written
  • Robust understanding of the security operation and NFL Best Practices
  • Attentive to detail and observant
  • Ability to remain calm, work under pressure and de-escalate situations
  • Effective computer skills
  • Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • The position works directly out of the command center and is staffed 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day.
  • Shifts include 12:00 am-8:00 am, 8:00 am-4:00 pm & 4:00 pm-12:00 am.
