  • Translate complex business requirements and align the appropriate solution to support business needs.
  • Take accountability for architecture, planning, design, and verification activities to create production-ready configurations for the Global Network via business focused projects.
  • Provide technical leadership in developing met hodology, process, and standards for measuring network and application related key performance indicators such as end-to-end application response time, latency, and overall throughput.
  • Be responsible for effectiveness, quality of service, performance tuning, and implementation success.

  • 10+ years of experience with network engineering
  • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, MPLS circuit, NIPR / SIPR network, WLAN, ZTNA, Amazon Cloud, CUCM, voicemail, SCCP, Jabber, and SIP
  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches, Quality-of-Service DSCP marking traffic queue prioritization, OSPF and BGP routing protocols, Dynamic mGRE tunnels, VRF, MPLS / VPLS, Q-in-Q VLANs, Wireshark packet capture analysis, and network monitoring tools such as What's Up Gold or Cisco ThousandEyes
  • Experience interacting directly with clients, managers, stakeholders, and approving authorities to identify problems, analyze data, generate solutions, and communicate results
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD 8140 Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
