Help Keep Our Nursing Home Running Smoothly

Westview Manor of Peabody is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial and human resources operations of our skilled nursing facility.

This position plays a vital role in supporting our residents and staff by ensuring payroll is accurate, financial records are maintained, employees are onboarded efficiently, and regulatory documentation remains compliant.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting.
  • Maintain resident trust accounts.
  • Prepare invoices and process payments.
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.

Human Resources

  • Coordinate recruitment and hiring.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Complete new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Process background checks and employment verification.
  • Ensure employee licenses and certifications remain current.
  • Coordinate employee orientation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist with benefits administration.
  • Assist department managers with staffing needs.

Administrative

  • Answer phones and assist visitors professionally.
  • Maintain office filing systems.
  • Order office supplies.

Qualifications

Required
