    • Plan and prepare 34 healthy family dinners per week (focus on balanced meals with a protein, vegetable, and carb).
    • Shop for groceries and household staples, including Costco runs for bulk items.
    • Adapt meals for dietary needs (one child is lactose intolerant).
    • Keep the kitchen clean and organized after meal prep.
  • Family Support & Driving Assistance
    • Provide occasional pickup/drop-off support for school and activities (all within a 510 mile radius).
    • Use a family car or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) for driving assistance.
    • Provide light supervision when kids have friends over.
  • Household & Administrative Support
    • Schedule and manage household appointments (dentist, orthodontist, etc.).
    • Add reminders and appointments to the family's Skylight calendar.
    • Coordinate and research home maintenance projects as needed (e.g., gutter cleaning, deck repair, exterior painting).
    • Handle online shopping and vendor communication as needed.
    • Run local errands such as returns, post office, and store drop-offs.
  • Household Maintenance & Projects
    • Support with family laundry including washing, drying, folding and putting away (e.g., clothing, bedding, towels).
    • Rotate and restock household essentials (e.g., paper goods, laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, etc).
    • Manage occasional deep-clean or organization projects (e.g., pantry, garage, storage shed).
    • Oversee or liaise with service providers (cleaners, landscapers, etc.).
    • Occasionally help keep family vehicles clean, fueled, and organized.

What We're Looking For:

  • Independent and proactivecan see what needs doing and take ownership.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with strong follow-through.
  • Warm and personable, but comfortable working autonomously.
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable using shared apps and the Skylight calendar system).
