Start Date: August, 04, 2026
Contract Length: 12 Months
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 9:00 AMโ€“2:00 PM (25 hours/week)
Compensation: $30โ€“$32/hour
Part Time Mother's Helper. A warm and welcoming family in Pflugerville is seeking an experienced and nurturing Mother's Helper to assist a stay-at-home mom with caring for her growing family. The family has a 3-year-old, a 1-year-old, and is expecting their third baby. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is proactive, and is happy to provide an extra set of hands throughout the day.
Responsibilities
  • Assist mom with the daily care of the children.
  • Engage the children in age-appropriate, educational, and creative activities.
  • Prepare snacks and simple meals for the children as needed.
  • Help maintain children's daily routines, including diaper changes, potty training support, naps, and playtime.
  • Keep children's play areas, bedrooms, and belongings tidy and organized.
  • Assist with children's laundry and other child-related household tasks.
  • Support mom with newborn care after the baby arrives as needed.
  • Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for the children.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional childcare experience.
  • Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
  • Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent.
  • Patient, dependable, organized, and proactive.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before employment).
  • Current Tdap vaccination required.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent references.
