Position Overview:

LANVIN, the oldest French couture house, is seeking a passionate and client-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team. As a key brand ambassador, you will deliver world-class service, drive sales, and foster long-lasting relationships with clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with exquisite collections and contribute to an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects LANVIN’s standards and values.

• Serve as a Keyholder, accountable for opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policy.
• Utilize the LANVIN Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling, upselling, and styling to maximize every transaction.
• Maintain and update client profiles, ensuring a personalized approach with every interaction.
• Stay current on product knowledge across all collections and share this expertise with clients.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies for returns, refunds, and VAT claims.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, visual standards, light cleaning, restocking, and participating in regular cycle counts.
• Actively contribute to a collaborative team culture rooted in respect, feedback, and shared success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment strongly preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to speak to both Men’s and Women’s Ready-to-Wear (MRTW/WRTW).
• Experience with Made-to-Measure (MTM) and/or Bespoke offerings is required.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends and industry updates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, high-energy, and team-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
• Professional, respectful, and eager to grow within the LANVIN brand.
