At DOCS Dental, we offer Endodontists a unique opportunity to practice in a modern, supportive clinical environment located on Army and Air Force bases across the U.S. Enjoy practicing your specialty with a steady referral base, autonomy in treatment planning, and the opportunity to provide care to a deserving, service-connected population-all without the administrative burden of running a private practice.
This part-time, opportunity is ideal for specialists seeking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.
What You'll Enjoy at DOCS Dental:
  • Daily Compensation or Percentage of Adjusted Production
  • Flexible Scheduling: 1-2 Saturdays/ month; initially with opportunity to increase.

Your Role as a Part-Time Endodontist:
  • Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions using evidence-based endodontic techniques
  • Perform root canal therapy (including retreatment), pulpotomies, apicoectomies, and related surgical procedures as needed
  • Utilize digital radiography, and other diagnostic tools for treatment planning
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-operative care, and prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records
  • Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of treatment
  • Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with CDC and OSHA standards
