Job Summary
This is a part-time undergraduate student positions to work in the Mentored Undergraduate Research and Creative Endeavors (MURACE) office. It will assist MURACE directors and coordinators in supporting MURACE mission to support the students and faculty mentors.
Responsibilities
Reception - 40
Assists a variety of visitors and refers a range of administrative issues and inquiries; serves as receptionist for incoming telephone calls, routes calls, and relays messages.
Administrative Support - 40
Retrieves and distributes incoming mail; deposits outgoing mail; hand delivers sensitive documents. Operates equipment, including fax machine, personal computer or laptop, printer, copier, scanner, etc.Organizes and monitors inventory of office supplies.
Other Duties as Assigned - 20
Perform other duties as assigned.

$10.00 / hour
