Talk Therapy Center is a locally owned, therapist-led group practice expanding our Corona and Murrieta locations. We are seeking California-licensed therapists who want flexibility, support, and long-term career sustainability—with a focus on long-term clinician sustainability and support.

Open Positions

1. W-2 Fee-for-Service

Pay: $60–$70 per session

  • Availability to conduct a minimum of 8 sessions per week required

  • Flexible schedule

  • California Paid Sick Leave: Therapists working in California are eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with state law. This time may be used for qualifying health-related needs. Sick leave accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 80 hours per year, per California law.

2. W-2 Salaried Therapist

Salary: $78,000–$84,000 annually

  • Full-time positions are designed around maintaining an average caseload of approximately 25 conducted sessions per week.

  • Full benefits package:

    • Health/Dental/Vision insurance

    • Flexible Paid Time Off: Therapists receive flexible paid time equivalent to approximately 17 days (85 sessions) per year

    • California Paid Sick Leave: Therapists working in California are eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with state law. This time benefit is provided separately from Flexible Paid Time and may be used for qualifying health-related needs. Sick leave accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 80 hours per year, per California law.

    • Profit-sharing 401(k)

  • Productivity bonus: $70–$80 per session above 25 sessions/week

  • Most full-time therapists average approximately 30–40 working hours per week depending on scheduling preferences and documentation style.

3. 1099 Independent Contractor (S-Corp Required)

Compensation: 70/30 revenue split (clinician retains 70%)

  • Must qualify under California business-to-business exemption

  • S-Corporation required

  • We provide billing, admin support, EHR, intake, and scheduling

  • Full autonomy within a compliant group practice
