Part-Time Medical Director | Buford, GA

As a Physician you will be primarily responsible for assessing, creating treatment plans, and adjusting medications, etc. of patients. You will work with several partners (Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Clinical Director) within the organization to ensure patients receive the best care in our network.

Requirements:

  • BE or BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine
  • Licensed in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain)
  • MD and DO welcome to apply
  • Must have Medicaid number or be Medicaid eligible

Responsibilities:

  • Complete a comprehensive medical assessment
  • Aid in training for the Nursing staff 
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and annually reviewing written medical procedures 
  • Assist with the planning of medical services across assigned locations 
  • Ensure that medical staffing patterns are adequate, and patients receive full continuum of care by coordinating care with other patient care providers
