Job description

Transplant Nephrologist- Columbus, OH

As a Transplant Nephrologist at OhioHealth, you will receive the support needed to balance your personal and professional goals and impact our mission of improving the health of those we serve.

Description:

  • Play a key role in developing our new kidney transplant program at Ohio Health Riverside Methodist Hospital
  • Join one other transplant nephrologist, two renal transplant surgeons, and two transplant APPs
  • Predominately outpatient role with dedicated inpatient rounding on post-transplant patients
  • 1.0 FTE role, clinic hours Monday through Friday, currently open to part time FTE 
  • Call rotation is 1:2 weeks

Requirements:

  • BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Nephrology
  • Completion of accredited residency program in Internal Medicine
  • Completion of accredited transplant nephrology fellowship or quality for the OPTN clinical experience pathway
