How you'll contribute:

We are looking for a dynamic Medication Reconciliation Technician who is passionate about helping others and is a team player! Duties include: 

  • Provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist.
  • Collects accurate home medications lists for all inpatients.
  • Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
  • Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
  • Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
  • Repackages bulk medications.
  • Collects accurate home medications lists for all inpatients
  • Deliver medication to the proper patient care areas in an accurate and timely manner and within established guidelines.

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be registered with the State Board of Pharmacy upon hire or within 30 days of employment in position per state guidelines or be actively enrolled in a College of Pharmacy. 

  • PTCB certification required
