Concierge: Part -Timeย

Cornerstone Management oversees multiple Assisted Living communities dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for seniors. Our mission is to foster safe, engaging, and person-centered environments where residents can thrive while preserving their independence and dignity.

We are looking for a dedicated Concierge to join our compassionate team at our Residential Care Senior Living Facility in Golden, CO,ย  As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in our operation while ensuring our residents safety and comfort. If you have a passion for senior care and are committed to delivering high-quality service, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Resident & Guest Services
    • Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with compassion and professionalism.
    • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls/requests to appropriate staff.
    • Manage mail, package, and prescription deliveries and distribution.
    • Provide information about community amenities and local points of interest.
    • Assist with resident needs, from escorting to coordinating small requests.ย 

Safety & Security

    • Monitor CCTV, fire panels, door alarms, and emergency call systems.
    • Conduct regular interior/exterior patrols and investigate unusual activity.
    • Maintain key/gate pass logs and visitor sign-in/out records.
    • Respond to emergencies and communicate urgent resident changes to supervisors.ย 

Administrative & Operational Support

    • Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and work order requests.
    • Perform basic clerical duties (typing, filing, data entry) for other departments.
    • Keep the lobby, reception, and common areas neat, stocked, and presentable.
    • Support marketing efforts by positively interacting with prospective residents.ย

  • Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with families and the care team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 50 pounds).
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
