We're hiring a Medication Technician - a detail-oriented and compassionate team member who ensures safe and timely medication administration for our residents. This role blends precision, empathy, and teamwork to support wellness in a memory care setting.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist residents with routine administration of medications
  • Order, receive, and take inventory of medications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medication cart
  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the clinical team

Qualifications:
  • Medication Aide Certificate required for the state
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
  • At least one year of experience as a Medication Technician
  • Valid CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Personal or professional experience in memory care or with individuals living with Alzheimer's or dementia preferred
  • Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
  • Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Effective communicator in verbal and written English
  • Comfortable working around animals and pets
