Urology opening in Montgomery, AL - Full-time/Part Time/Locums - Hospital-employed - Joining an established group with 4 Urologists - Each Physician has a Nurse or MA who works with them - Administrative Support Staff - Reason for recruitment: Growth and potential retirement - Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm and Friday, 8am - 12pm - Call: 1 in 5 - Anticipated volume: Average 25-35 patients/day - Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time - Eligible for block time after 6 months - Surgical Robotics available - EMR: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imagingCompensation Package: - Base Salary with 3-year guarantee - Quarterly production bonus wRVU - Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc. - Generous sign-on - Relocation package - 20 days Earned Time Off - 5 days for CME - $5k for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration and board certifications)Community:The City of Montgomery is the capital of Alabama and home to 210,000 residents.
