Job description

A nonprofit community health organization founded 50 years ago, to address the lack of accessible health care for residents of Boston’s Chinatown, is adding a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. The health center provides comprehensive services—including primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and social support programs—to medically underserved communities. The center emphasizes culturally and linguistically competent care, with multilingual staff and programs designed to meet the needs of non-English-speaking patients.

About the Opportunity:

  • Team of 3 Psychiatrists when fully staffed
  • The health center has 18 Physicians and 15 Nurse Practitioners
  • Total outpatient
  • Flexible schedule-open to full or part-time
  • Full-time is 36 clinical hours and 4 admin
  • eClinicalWorks EMR
  • No call
  • Need due to retirement
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable
