  • Greeting patients and creating a warm and caring first impression
  • Checking patients in and out, scheduling patient appointments and taking payments
  • Handling incoming calls and making calls to patients and medical offices
  • Strong communication skills required
  • MS Suite familiarity, including Instant Messenger, Excel, and Word
  • Communicate effectively with team members, patients and other medical professionals
  • Basic computer skills required to learn and operate our electronic health record and scheduling system, email navigation, text messaging system and downloading/uploading files
