Job Description:

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Humi, one of the nation's largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Part-Time Medical Receptionist for our Staten Island office location.

Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Assisting incoming patients
  • Verifying insurance coverage
  • Entering patient demographics into the computer
  • Pulling and filing medical charts
  • Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Epic experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus

Required schedule

  • Monday: 9:30am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:30am-6:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:30am-6:00pm
  • Saturday (1-2 per month): 8:00am-12:00pm
