Hours: Weekends a must (Minimum 16 hours per week)

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team! This is a part-time role where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities will help create a welcoming environment for everyone.


Receptionist Shifts available:

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor

  • Answer phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as necessary

  • Perform light office duties such as filing and data entry

  • Ensure a smooth flow of daily operations in the office

Receptionist Qualifications:
