Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will assist providers by accurately documenting patient histories, recording examination findings, updating electronic medical records, and supporting efficient clinic operations. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Transcribe patient medical histories and examination findings
  • Update and maintain electronic medical records
  • Assist with chart preparation and documentation support
  • Support coding documentation and template updates
  • Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping
  • Follow all HIPAA, privacy, and compliance standards
  • Travel as needed

Qualifications
