Job Description:

  • Schedule: Part Time 20hrs/week
  • Shift: Monday-Friday shifts will vary based on clinic need
  • Location: 1311 Minnesota Ave Suite C Winter Park FL 32789
  • Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient’s needs.
  • Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobilty skills, an evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.
  • Monitors patient response to and progress in treatment, modifying treatment plan as appropriate.
  • Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow-up services.
  • Communicates appropriately and effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities.

Education:

  • Doctorate [Preferred]


Field of Study:

  • Physical Therapy
