We are seeking an experience medical office billing manager.  Our team consists of eight pediatric orthopedic surgeons, APPs and PT/OT teams.  Applicants with 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management and leadership should apply.  Our practice partners with an outside billing company.  This leadership role will serve as a liaison between the outside billing company and the practice administrator. Applicant's experience should include the following:* Deep understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding* Experience with Medicaid and Commercial insurances and regulations* Extensive experience with claim entry, scrubbing, filing, denials and appeals* Experience with EMR/Practice Management systems (eClinicalWorks)* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage large-scale AR* Experience with KPIs for tracking financial performance and reporting to practice leadership This role offers a competitive salary, health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, PTO and more. Only qualified candidates should apply.  EEOE.
