Looking for a part time RDH to work with a great team for a permanent job. Not a DSO

Easy and calm office. One hour appts. New computers, digital dentistry, and updated rooms.
Long term patients who want to see the same clinician.
Office within a larger medical building with a cafe, ramps and ample parking.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, scaling, removing plaque, and applying fluoride treatments
- Take and review x-rays with patient
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history review
- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment
- Update and maintain accurate patient records, including medical coding and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
- Utilize dental software systems such as dentrix ascend to schedule patients recall appts, chart existing treatment and planned treatment, perio chart
- Take PANOs, CBCT, and ITERO scans when required.

Salary Range

Part-time $45 - $55 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, invisalign, etc.
