We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Healthcare Employment Specialist to help source, engage, and place qualified healthcare professionals with leading healthcare organizations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping candidates find rewarding career opportunities. While recruiting or healthcare staffing experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong customer service, healthcare, sales, administrative, or relationship-management backgrounds who are eager to learn.

As a Healthcare Employment Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying talent, managing candidate relationships, coordinating onboarding activities, and supporting staffing needs for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Staffing

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, certifications, and career goals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future openings through marketing outreach.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding job opportunities and application status.
  • Present opportunities and match candidates with appropriate positions.

Onboarding & Placement Support
