Job Summary
We are seeking a Media Buyer for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is ideal for a media investment professional with strong national linear TV and digital video buying experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of today’s evolving video marketplace.
As a Senior Media Investment Lead, you will manage media negotiations, oversee campaign stewardship, and help guide media strategy across traditional and digital channels. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where strong vendor relationships, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving are valued.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams while mentoring junior media professionals. The environment is team-oriented and relationship-driven, with supportive leadership, opportunities to take ownership of high-impact campaigns, and room to continue growing as a media investment leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate national linear TV and digital video media buys to support client objectives and campaign performance.
- Oversee all aspects of campaign stewardship, including media execution, vendor coordination, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor marketplace trends, shifting media dynamics, and evolving client needs to make informed buying recommendations.
- Mentor, train, and support Media Associates while helping develop team capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and deliver accurate, effective media plans.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
