What Does a Part Time Math Teacher Do?

As a part-time math teacher, your responsibilities are to teach students key math concepts through a tutoring lesson, which may be an after-school session or in a school classroom during the day. You carry out your duties throughout the school day or after school, providing students with extra teaching and math coursework in specific areas in which they need more help. These positions can be for up to 35 hours each week, and you may travel to different schools or students’ homes.
