The Materials Handler Coordinator maintains the warehouse inventory and ensures the timely preparation and dispatch of materials to technicians. Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and takes responsibility for the security of the building and inventory.

Specific Job Duties:

Plans and organizes the warehouse for maximum use and efficiency

  • Orders product from main supplier to ensure sufficient inventory levels
  • Receive, inspect, and store equipment, materials, and/or supplies to company standards. Break down empty boxes and empty garbage cans into the dumpster daily
  • Utilize provided schedule to coordinate equipment pickup
  • Communicate with team members in various locations to ensure sufficient inventory levels
  • Ensure open communication with customers regarding product challenges
  • Ensure there is an adequate supply of (minor & major) materials, including Covid-19 PPE
  • Conducts regular and/or spot checks inventories of technician's equipment using inventory system to maintain min/max levels

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must display initiative and be a self-starter
  • Able to work in warehouse and in all weather conditions
  • Able to effectively use hand tools, pallet jack, and dolly
  • Able to organize and maintain warehouse free of safety hazards

Employment with Triage Partners CA, LLC is contingent upon successful completion of drug and background screening (including MVR).
