Description

On-call Banquet Setup staff are responsible for preparing event spaces according to client specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decor. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow floor plans, and physical stamina to lift and move equipment. Staff must work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality event setup and breakdown

Job Details Include:

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and floor plans
  • Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
  • Break down event spaces and return equipment to storage
  • Move and position furniture, staging, and equipment safely
  • Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
  • Assist with decor setup, including centerpieces and displays
  • Follow supervisor instructions and event timelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Maintain proper handling and care of equipment and supplies
  • Provide quick adjustments during events as needed
