Job description

Take charge of maximizing hotel revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels! At 6PM Hospitality, our Revenue Managers are strategic business partners who work closely with hotel leadership teams to grow market share, RevPAR Index (RGI), and profitability.

This remote or hybrid position supports a diverse portfolio of Hilton, Marriott, and IHG hotels, providing the opportunity to develop and adapt revenue strategies based on each property’s unique market position, asset type, and business objectives.

While the role is primarily remote, candidates should be based within reasonable driving distance of one of our hotels. Occasional on-property collaboration may be needed to support hotel teams, strengthen partnerships, and ensure continuity during key business or operational needs.

You'll leverage data, market intelligence, and industry-leading technology to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and support the continued growth of our portfolio.

At 6PM Hospitality, you’ll work remotely while partnering with property-level sales and operations teams to drive market share, optimize rates and inventory, and ensure financial success for Hilton, Marriott, and IHG properties. You’ll provide insight, guidance, and actionable strategies that deliver results, while also supporting new hotel acquisitions, builds, and repositioning projects.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Lead revenue strategy across a growing portfolio of Hilton, Marriott, and IHG hotels.
  • Work primarily remotely, with occasional on-property collaboration and travel.
  • Partner directly with senior leadership, sales, operations, and property teams.
  • Make a measurable impact on RevPAR, market share, profitability, and overall hotel performance.
  • Gain exposure to multiple brands, asset types, markets, and revenue management strategies.
  • Utilize brand RMS platforms and TravelClick analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Join a collaborative hospitality organization where revenue strategy has a direct influence on business results.
  • Grow your career alongside an expanding hotel portfolio with opportunities for increased responsibility and leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support a diverse portfolio of hotels, adapting revenue strategies to each property's market position, asset type, and business objectives.
  • Analyze hotel performance, demand trends, business mix, and competitive intelligence to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Develop pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies that maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Prepare forecasts, reporting, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with General Managers, Sales Leaders, and Operations Teams to execute revenue strategies and maximize results.
  • Conduct displacement analyses and provide recommendations for group, transient, and negotiated business.
  • Assist with budgeting, business planning, hotel transitions, acquisitions, and repositioning initiatives.
  • Share best practices and support property teams through coaching and collaboration.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and hospitality experience.
  • Revenue management experience preferred.
  • Candidates with hotel leadership experience and demonstrated analytical and business decision-making skills may also be considered.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with hospitality revenue management, property management, and business intelligence platforms. Familiarity with Hilton, Marriott, and IHG revenue systems and related hotel technology solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to properties and company meetings as needed.
