Reports to: Marina Manager

Job Description: Maintain all operations for boating activity in the Marina. Employee recognizes that the member comes first and conducts themselves in a courteous and professional manner.

Essential Job Functions:

โ€ข Dispense fuel to all vessels.

โ€ข Familiarize members with rental boats upon arrival each day.

โ€ข Clean rental boats after every use or when otherwise specified.

โ€ข Rental boats check-in/out.

โ€ข Kayak/Canoe/Paddle Board rentals.

โ€ข Keep all docks in working order.

โ€ข Contact the Marina Manager with all repair/maintenance issues with any boat.

โ€ข Drives the water taxi when applicable.

โ€ข Assist all members with any requests that they have.

โ€ข Assist Marina Manager with any and all tasks

Supervisory Responsibility: None

Work Environment: Outdoor work primarily; temperatures often exceed 100 degrees and can drop below 30 degrees Physical Demands: Employees should be able to work long hours in all types of weather. Employees will be able to lift more than 50 lbs on a regular basis as well as be able to climb on top of or down into a boat.Travel: Employees may be asked to travel varying lengths on the lake in a watercraft.

Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma

Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Prior boating experience

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (If applicable): The candidate will be required to pass a background screening.
