  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work independently to prioritize tasks and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, or quality support experience is preferred.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, Big Joe lifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and use Quad's operating systems and SmartTools.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand basic math, read a ruler, and work with fractional and decimal measurements.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English to safely perform job duties, follow work instructions, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to use hand tools and packaging equipment, including scissors and tape guns.
  • Ability to lift 10–20 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Why Quad?
