We're looking for a leasing consultant who is eager to learn the property management business. You'll help your team with sales and marketing and provide excellent customer service, all in the name of securing the best possible residents for the property. Along the way, you'll handle lease administration duties and oversee move-ins.
What you'll do:
  • Show apartments to prospective renters, explaining pricing and lease terms, and processing rental applications.
  • Develop lease packages and execute excellent customer service to facilitate smooth move-ins.
  • Set sales goals and achieve them through innovative advertising, website marketing, social media engagement, and networking.
  • Communicate closely with residents throughout the length of their stay.
  • Complete property inspections to ensure peak curb appeal.

What we're looking for:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
  • You're an effective communicator with strong computer and customer service skills.
  • People often comment on your positive energy or "can do" attitude.
  • You're highly organized and have excellent time management.
