Job description

This position provides assistance in the mailroom attached to the Accounts Payable and Marketing Services Department at the Menards Corporate Office. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Efficiently operate mail-sorting machinery and organize outgoing bulk mail.
• Band mail trays and shrink-wrap pallets to ensure safe transit.
• Safely operate a pallet jack to move materials and organize the warehouse floor.
• Sort, Stack, and prepare outgoing mail according to postal standards and deadlines.
• Solve real-time problems to keep machinery running.
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach consistently throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a standing position within a warehouse environment.
• Capable of handling heavy pallets and bulk mail containers.
• Must be available to work a minimum of two 8-hour shifts per week, Monday - Friday scheduled 7:00AM-3:30PM (1st Shift) or 3:45PM-12:15AM (2nd Shift)
• Maintain a professional attitude even when the volume is high and the pressure is on.
• Able to help in other areas if needed. (Data Entry Tasks)
