Job description

Carlton Fields is seeking a Part-time Office Services Clerk for its Tallahassee office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reception coverage - answering very light phones, greeting visitors, maintaining delivery log, validating parking, adding guests to security, conference room reservations, landlord requests
  • Document Production โ€“ copy, scan and print or other materials as requested
  • Collecting and distributing mail
  • Preparing mail and overnight packages for shipping
  • Stocking office supplies and taking inventory
  • Set up and clean-up of conference rooms
  • Records - updating and creating files, locating files
  • Library - updating library materials
  • Other office service-related responsibilities
  • Support to tech department re office equipment
  • Flexibility to work overtime

Minimum Requirements

  • Part time schedule is 12:30pm โ€“ 5:30pm
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience
  • Experience in a law firm or other professional organization is preferred
  • Knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes and other office equipment required
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Ability to work well with others as a team player, multi-task and prioritize work requests
  • Must have reliable transportation for daily runs
