We pride ourselves on building an incredible gaming community through organized play, exciting events, and exceptional customer service. Position Overview

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing Tournament Organizer to lead our organized play program. This role is responsible for planning, promoting, and running tournaments while helping grow our gaming community through social media and in-store engagement.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable speaking to groups, has strong social media skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Schedule

  • Tuesday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Various hours based on tournament schedules.
  • Evening and weekend availability is required.
  • Occasionally, special events such as prerelease weekends may require later evening hours. These extended shifts are infrequent but are an important part of our organized play calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, host, and manage in-store tournaments and special events.
  • Promote upcoming events through Wolf Den Gaming's social media channels and in-store marketing.
  • Create engaging social media content that builds excitement and drives tournament attendance.
  • Register players, manage tournament software, report results, and ensure events run smoothly.
  • Make announcements and confidently address large groups of players.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment for both new and experienced players.
  • Answer questions about tournaments, leagues, products, and organized play.
  • Work with store management to increase event participation and strengthen our gaming community.
  • Assist with general store operations, merchandising, customer service, event setup, and other duties as needed.

Wolf Den Gaming hosts organized play and tournaments for a wide variety of games, including:

  • Magic: The Gathering
  • Disney Lorcana

  • Riftbound
  • Bandai Trading Card Games (One Piece, Digimon, Dragon Ball Super, Union Arena, and others)
  • Board games
  • Tabletop roleplaying games
  • Other collectible card and hobby games
