Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to create individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their unique needs.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic techniques (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy) to individuals, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records as per ethical and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care that addresses the multifaceted aspects of mental health.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and online training, adapting your counseling techniques based on current research and emerging best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
