Job description

Job Number: R0239066 F-35 Sustainment Engineering Analyst

The Opportunity:

Provide F-35 Air System sustainment engineering analysis expertise, project management and specific utility and subsystems, composite structures, corrosion mitigation, low observable repair, and wiring repair or troubleshooting SME support for fielded, operational, and training units, and depot or modification activities. Conduct analysis of in-service engineering products to identify opportunities for improvements to increase aircraft availability, reduce the maintenance burden, and improve F-35 user support.

Leverage advanced skills and extensive technical expertise gained through experience in DoD aerospace programs. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, mentor and potentially supervise team members.

You Have:

  • Experience with DoD aerospace programs
  • Knowledge of sustaining engineering, mechanical engineering, or structural engineering
  • Ability to work independently and provide detailed analysis and recommendations to Government leadership to make informed engineering decisions
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
