What are the typical challenges faced by part-time live chat agents, and how can they be managed effectively?

Part-time live chat agents often manage multiple conversations simultaneously, which can be challenging when customers have urgent or complex inquiries. Staying organized, using canned responses wisely, and maintaining a friendly, professional tone under pressure are crucial. Regular feedback from supervisors and communication with team members help address recurring challenges and improve overall performance.
