Part-time litigation paralegals often manage their workload by prioritizing tasks and maintaining clear communication with attorneys to ensure critical deadlines are met. They typically focus on specific phases of litigation, such as discovery or trial preparation, and coordinate closely with full-time staff to distribute responsibilities effectively. These skills ensure accurate case preparation and efficient support in a fast-paced legal environment.
