Westerly in Shell Beach is a full-service coastal restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are looking for reliable and motivated PM Line Cooks who take pride in their work and can perform consistently in a fast-paced evening service environment.
PM Line Cooks are responsible for executing dinner service with consistency, maintaining organized stations, and supporting overall kitchen operations during high-volume periods. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
We provide full coverage for required Food Handler certification. Training time and certification costs are covered in accordance with company policy and California requirements.
Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations for evening service
Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and proper timing during service
Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned station
Communicate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation
Assist with prep and closing duties as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Support team members to maintain a high-functioning kitchen

Previous line cook experience preferred
