Description:

Responsible for performing a variety of cooking duties, including but not limited to receiving ticket orders, routing tickets by order type for fast service, and promptly cooking, arranging, and presenting orders according to prescribed procedures. Accurate preparation of all types of egg orders, omelets, steaks, chops, sea foods, burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers. Maintains a well-stocked and clean kitchen at all times, while following proper sanitary, safety, and food handling techniques. Other duties as assigned by supervisors and management.

This position functions primarily in a fast paced, high volume production kitchen operating 24-hours a day, 365-days a year. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours. Use hands and fingers for carrying utensils and dishware; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Must be able to talk, hear, taste and smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
